OK, so, not without some struggle, the Acrobat PDF format file
is available. Did you ever have one of those days? I just about
went nuts trying to convince PowerPoint to include the edges
of the images on pages 8 and 9 in the printout. Eventually
I had to resize them, so this has been somewhat changed from
what Clark sent us; sorry, Clark.

Also, I will note that the resolution on the images in the orignal
powerpoint made it somewhat difficult to read some of the captions,
particularly on page 8. I tried upping the resolution within
the Acrobat file, but, while it's better, there's still some
words I can't read and the file wound up almost 8MB in size,
so I didn't post that. Clark, do you have some of the original
text that went into those pictures?
