I am hoping to replace my tin-shingle roof about two years from now. I
spoke with another neighbor who is also considering re-roofing in 2-4
years. We were wondering if there are other homeowners looking to
re-roof in the same time frame who might be interested in negotiating a
package deal from a roofer for several houses. I am thinking about
using copper as a replacement material, but haven't decided for sure.
Being interested doesn't commit you to anything right now, just
exploring the possibilities.
