It may not be clear enough in the directions, but to send a response
message to all list members one should use 'Reply-to-all' rather than
just 'Reply'. The default of 'Reply' is to send the reply only to the
sender, which makes accidental broadcast of private responses less
likely. This could be changed if people desired, but list guidelines
generally recommend this setup to avoid problems.

Has anyone in the newsletter been updated on progress with the proposed
Chestnut/Meem traffic abatement measures?
Does anyone know why Chestnut St. has been blocked off (barricaded) by police
so frequently over the last 3-4 days on the section of the street surrounding
the railroad tracks? Have there been train-related problems?
Any chance of eliminating the Chestnut St. at-grade RR crossing? It seems it
would revitalize this section of Olde Towne.
