It is my understanding that there is not any committee or any individual
governmetn official investigating grade separated crossings of the CSX
tracks. Someone said earlier that the City has shown significant reluctance
(to say the least) to investigate grade seprated crossings; I believe that's
accurate. I would suggest that it is (unfortunately) infeasible (politically
and economically) to purse the undergrounding of utilities and grade
separated crossings. If i'm right, I believe that grade separated crossing
should be the priority. What does everyone else think?
